A Harlem Hot Shots production is an authentic and unequivocal odyssey to the fantastic dances and styles of the Swing Era. Most of the group’s repertoire is inspired by New York’s classic night life during the years between the two world wars and includes imaginary visits to the legendary Cotton Club, Apollo Theater, Savoy Ballroom and Broadway, plus all the other establishments where this type of entertainment flourished. A flexible and experienced group of dancers, the Harlem Hot Shots can put on shows that run the gamut from a short, focused number to a complete two hour cabaret or musical theater production.
